1. Description of service

Aleksey Shenker G-MCP("the Application") is a set of privately developed, locally-run tools that enable AI assistants to interact with Google Workspace services (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Tasks) on the user's behalf via OAuth 2.0. The Application is for personal use only and is not publicly distributed.

2. Intended use

The Application is designed for personal use. It is not a commercial product or hosted service. Users are responsible for their own use of the Application and any actions performed through it.

3. No warranties

The Application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. There is no guarantee of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Limitation of liability

The developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Application, including but not limited to data loss, unauthorized access resulting from user misconfiguration, or interruptions to Google services.

5. User responsibilities

• Secure your local machine and OAuth tokens.
• Review the permissions requested during the OAuth flow before granting access.
• Revoke access if you no longer use the Application.

6. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
